1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF EMBFORUM TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP

Welcome to Embforum, owned and operated by Digitize4u, Inc., a service through which Embforum members are granted access to members only areas, receive discounts on various products and services and have access to our exclusive real time discussion group.

2. REGISTRATION

In order to sign up for membership, you must provide your credit card and billing information, which will be securely stored by EmbForum. You agree (a) that the credit card number and other information you provide is valid, accurate, current, authentic, and complete and (b) to maintain and promptly update that information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete during the term of your membership.

Your membership is valid for the time period that you sign up for on the order form.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

Your credit card will automatically be charged the current membership fee as indicated on the order form at the time you complete the form. A VALID credit card must be on file at all times. If you fail to maintain a valid credit card on file, your account may be suspended.

4. RENEWAL

RENEWING OR CANCELING YOUR SERVICE IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED PRIOR TO YOUR RENEWAL DATE WITH YOUR RENEWAL OPTIONS. IF YOU DO NOT RESPOND TO THE RENEWAL NOTICE(S) AND INDICATE YOUR RENWAL/NON-RENEWAL PREFERENCE, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED FOR AN ADDITIONAL ONE YEAR PERIOD. IF YOU DO NOT RESPOND TO OUR RENEWAL NOTICES AND IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED FOR AN ADDITIONAL ONE YEAR PERIOD, YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED AND THE FEE IS SUBJECT TO A 50% CANCELLATION FEE SHOULD YOU CANCEL AFTER THE CHARGE HAS BEEN MADE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT A VALID EMAIL AND MAILING ADDRESS ARE MAINTAINED ON FILE IN YOUR PROFILE. WE DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT MAKING SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT YOU PRIOR TO RENEWAL. THE ONLY TIME YOU NEED TO WORRY ABOUT AN AUTORENEWAL WOULD BE IF YOU FAIL TO RESPOND TO OUR RENEWAL NOTICES.

5. DISCUSSION GROUP

As part of your membership, you are granted access to our exclusive discussion group. As part of this agreement, you agree to use the discussion group in a responsible manner.

• Messages with a vulgar tone, profanity, or personal attacks are not permitted.
• Comments regarding any manufacturer, supplier, distributor or other EmbForum members should be constructive in nature. No personal or corporate attacks are permitted.
• Subject heading should accurately describe the message.
• Messages should be signed with your name and email address.
• Do not blatantly promote yourself in a spamming fashion. Self-promotion should be kept to a brief signature file at the end of your posts.
• Be courteous to other members. If you disagree with a comment, don’t resort to personal insults. Everyone’s opinion is valued.
• Remember that every message you send to the discussion group goes to every member. If you wish to ask someone a personal question, say thank you for assistance or send a message that is not relevant to the entire group, please email that person privately.
• Most importantly, have patience for those who accidentally post a message to the wrong area or ask questions that may have already been asked many times. We monitor every message and if we feel a member could post messages in a different fashion, we contact that member privately and offer posting assistance.
• In general, all discussion groups are real time and not moderated. However, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to put any discussion groups on temporary or permanent moderation if the need arises.
• If you violate any posting guidelines, you are subject to individual moderation where your posts will be approved or rejected on a case by case basis. If you continue to violate posting guidelines, your account will be subject to cancellation with no refunds for remaining membership time.

6. COPYRIGHT

All items received as part of membership are copyrighted and are for the sole use of Embforum Members. No distribution of any material including but not limited to fonts, settings files, newsletters, training aides or web site content may be copied or distributed to any other person or company.

7. PRIVACY

Your privacy is very important. EmbForum will not rent, sell or distribute your information in any manner to any other company or individual.

8. REFUNDS

Since you gain immediate access to member files and fonts, all membership sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Credit card charges will appear from Digitize4u, Inc.
